Residing in PICOmini, SOT-563 surface-mount packages, the CMLSH05-4DO dual Schottky diodes provide a continuous forward current of 500 mA with a forward voltage (VF) of 0.35V at 100 mA. A single package houses two isolated diodes with an opposing anode/cathode pinout, with each diode specifying a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V. Groomed for hand-held electronics, their SOT-563 cases claim 55% less board space than two SOD-523 devices. Available in bulk or on tape and reel, prices start at $0.16 each/3,000.
