Schottky Trio Frees Board Space

Aug. 1, 2005
Consuming up to 75% less board space than three separate SOD-123 devices, the CMKSH2-4LR houses three isolated low-forward-voltage Schottky diodes in an ULTRAmini SOT-363 surface-mount case measuring 1.85 mm x 1.1 mm minimum, 2.15 mm x 1.4 maximum.

Consuming up to 75% less board space than three separate SOD-123 devices, the CMKSH2-4LR houses three isolated low-forward-voltage Schottky diodes in an ULTRAmini SOT-363 surface-mount case measuring 1.85 mm x 1.1 mm minimum, 2.15 mm x 1.4 maximum. The diodes specify a maximum continuous forward current of 200 mA each. Maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage is 40V and typical forward voltage is 0.35V at 100 mA per diode. Designed for switching applications requiring a low forward voltage drop, the device is available in bulk or on tape and reel and is priced starting at $0.16 each/3,000 on a 7" reel.
