With reported outstanding ac performance in combination with rail-to-rail output swing, excellent dc precision, and high output drive, the TLV277x CMOS operational amplifiers are expected to find wide use in telecomm, industrial, automotive, measurement, and medical applications. The op amps boast of a high bandwidth and fast slew rate operating in the 1 mA/channel supply range-the op amps offer 10.5 V/µs slew rate coupled with 5.1 MHz bandwidth. The rail-to-rail output swing and high output drive make this family well-suited for driving analog input or reference of A/D converters. And low distortion while driving a 600 ohm load makes the devices well-suited for use in telecommunications systems.
