The ODD-900-001 photodiode with a daylight filter, from Opto Diode, offers low capacitance and short switching time in a surface-mount package.
The ODD-900-001 photodiode with a daylight filter, from Opto Diode, offers low capacitance and short switching time in a surface-mount package. Designed for use in a variety of industrial detection tasks and industrial photoelectric control applications, the photodiode features high sensitivity ranging from 730 nm to 1,100 nm spectral range, with peak sensitivity at 940 nm. The electro-optical characteristics at 25ºC offer typical responsivity of 0.44 A/W, typical reverse dark current at 5 nA, total capacitance at 25 pF, and typical rise/fall times of 50/50 nSecs. The photodiode operates from -25ºC to + 85ºC, and the storage temperature range is between -40ºC and +85ºC. Power dissipation is 150 mW at (or below) 25ºC (free air temperature). The device also features a soldering temperature of 260ºC (soldering time is up to 5 seconds). Available for shipping now, the daylight filter surface mount photodiodes are priced at $1.05 each/1,000.
