Available in sleek, 2 mm x 2 mm QFN packages, the SKY13345-368LF and SKY13385-460LF are Skyworks Solutions’ first set of discrete silicon-on-insulator, single-pole, triple-throw switches for wireless networking. The devices exhibit low insertion losses, a desirable characteristic for WLAN (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth applications in the 2.4- to 2.5-GHz frequency range.  They are compatible with chipsets that maintain linearity at 1.8V logic.
