The OPA137 series of FET-input operational amplifiers is designed for low-cost and miniature applications, such as portable and battery-operated products. Housed in SOT-23 or MSOP micro-packages, these 36V FET op amps provide low quiescent current of 220 µA/channel and high open-loop gain of 94 dB. Voltage range is ±2.25V to ±18V with low input bias current of 5 pA. The input common-mode voltage range extends to the positive supply, which is well-suited for many single supply applications. Slew rate is 3.5V/µs and bandwidth is 1 MHz, providing fast settling time and ensuring good dynamic response.
