Combining the characteristics of a matrix design and the heat dissipating capabilities of a SOT23-6 package, the ZXT10 series transistors are designed to operate with increased current so that short-term, high-load switching transients can be more easily accommodated. Three NPN devices are available in operating voltages ranging from 15V to 50V and three PNP versions from 12V to 40V. Saturation voltages are as low as 75 mV at 1A and continuous collector current rating ranges up to 4A. Peak currents are up to 12A and gains are typically 300 minimum. Typical operating temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C. Prices start at $0.14 each 10,000.
