NEDA Restructures Component Council

July 19, 2010

To better recognize and deal with problems and issues within the electronics industry, the National Electronic Distributors Association (NEDA) has restructured its long-standing components roundtable, a group formed in the 1980s for representing member distributors and suppliers. The new council group is responsible for identifying industry issues, assigning them to committees, managing the committee activities, publishing industry deliverables, and beginning the process of global networking. The restructured council comprises 10 distributor representatives and 10 supplier representatives.
