SMSC (www.smsc.com) has announced that its MOST multimedia networking technology has been selected for the infotainment system in the 2006 Mercedes-Benz R-Class Sports Tourer vehicle.

SMSC has announced that its MOST multimedia networking technology has been selected for the infotainment system in the 2006 Mercedes-Benz R-Class Sports Tourer vehicle. MOST is the standard network for infotainment systems across the full range of Mercedes-Benz volume platforms.
