Digital map provider NAVTEQ (www.navteq.com) has launched NAVTEQ Traffic Mobile, a service that provides continuously updated average traffic flow speed as well as incident and construction information for 67 major metropolitan U.S. markets.

Digital map provider NAVTEQ has launched NAVTEQ Traffic Mobile, a service that provides continuously updated average traffic flow speed as well as incident and construction information for 67 major metropolitan U.S. markets. The service, based on technology from Telmap is available for GPS navigation applications, distributed via cellular network providers seeking subscriber relevant products and services.
