Preh supplies HVAC controls for 2009 Ford F-150

Preh (www.preh.com) developed the HVAC control heads for the MY2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck.

Preh developed the HVAC control heads for the MY2009 Ford F-150 pickup truck. Nick Lontscharitsch, Preh senior vice president of marketing and sales, said the F-150 is Preh’s first order at Ford for climate controls. It developed software as well as hardware.

The control heads are produced at Preh's plant in Monterrey, Mexico. They include a single zone manual control, a dual zone automatic temperature control, and a remote climate control module that the driver can operate via navigation system controls.
