Volvo selects alcohol interlock supplier

Volvo (www.volvo.com) has selected Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp (www.acs-corp.com) to provide a wireless device called Alcoguard that is intended to prevent drunk driving by requiring the driver to pass a breath alcohol test prior to starting the vehicle.

Volvo has selected Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp. to provide a wireless device called Alcoguard that is intended to prevent drunk driving by requiring the driver to pass a breath alcohol test prior to starting the vehicle. ACS designed a customized alcohol interlock for Volvo that, unlike most products of its type, can be used outside the vehicle.
