Wire Bondable Chips
The WBC Series product family includes single chip, center tapped dual-chip networks and capacitors with multiple pads for wire bonding. The single chip measures 20 mil2 with custom sizes, schematics, and resistance values available. Capacitors are available in sizes to 60 mils2 with values from 10 pF to 700 pF. Standard sizes are available as single resistors on 20 mil × 20 mil die with two pads for wire attachment and as two-resistor elements on 30 mil × 30 mil die with six pads. Capacitors with Mixed Dielectric
Wima MKM and FKM series (in self-healing metallized and film/foil types) are low-cost substitutes for polycarbonate and PPS capacitors. Properties of this mixed dielectric are an almost linear capacitance/temperature coefficient with low inductance, suitable for reservoir and decoupling capacitors in applications with broad temperature ranges. Capacitance ranges for the MKM series are from 1000pf up to 4.7µF, and from 100pf up to 0.033µF up to 400Vdc in the FKM series.
