Aluminum Enclosures Get Tough

Extending the TEKAL line of aluminum enclosures, the TEKAL-T series sport a tough hand-held design with a narrow handgrip section and wide display section in a T-case format. The cases consist of two extruded-aluminum sections: the hand/keypad section and the display section. They are held together by a ABS connecting frame with ABS panels on either end. Case extrusions are painted with fine-texture-powder paint in off-white or black and the molded parts are light gray or dark gray, respectively. Measuring 10.43" 3 4.17" x1.81", other features include models with or without battery compartments, guide rails for mounting PCBs, and a recessed area on both sides of the extrusions.
