Capable of operating at 1 MHz, OPR5010 optical comparator array consists of a three-channel differential optical comparator IC (DOC-2), with each channel operating over a wide range of light levels due to logarithmic amplification of the input signals. The device has TTL-compatible outputs and wide operating supply voltage and temperature ranges. The opaque polyimide package is surface mountable and shields the active devices from stray light. The package is pin compatible with firm's OPR5003B to allow an upgrade path for existing designs.
