Process Meter Simplifies Technician Test Tasks

Designed for technicians in the process industries, the 789 ProcessMeter is a hand-held instrument for the calibration and maintenance of steady-state control loop instrumentation. The instrument combines a digital multimeter (DMM) and a loop calibrator. It also incorporates a 24V loop power supply and a large display with enhanced backlighting and two brightness settings. Other features are a HART mode setting with a built-in 250? resistor, 0 to 100% mA span check buttons to toggle from 4 to 20 mA, and an infrared serial port compatible with the company's charting and analysis software.
