With the FS2230 and FS2231 SCSI-bus analysis probes, designers can view SCSI bus activity, measure setup and hold violations, characterize software, verify compliance, and measure performance specifications. The probes work with Hewlett-Packard's families of logic analyzers. Probes provide three functions: bus-transaction analysis, signal-timing analysis, and bus performance analysis. They let users view bus transactions via seven inverse assemblers. The analyzer master clock is derived from the SCSI Protocol, and Select/Reset, Arbitration, Commands, Messages, Status, Reset and Bus Free are all displayed.
