Targeted at mobile multimedia products, the LQ035Q7DH06 3.5", QVGA TFT-LCD provides performance improvements over the company's previous modules. It delivers 225 nits of brightness from six white LED backlights and includes a high-bright panel with transflective properties and 262,144 colors. For operation, it requires just an LZ9FC23 timing control chip, which comes with the module. Other features include a touch panel, an aspect ratio of 3:4, active area of 53.64 mm x 71.52 mm, pixel pitch of 0.2235 mm x 0.2235 mm, reflectivity of 4%, contrast ratios of 80:1 in transmissive mode and 3:1 in reflective mode, power consumptions of 405 mW with backlight on and 21 mW with backlight off, a response time of 80 ms, and an operating temperature range from –10°C to +70°C.
