WLED Driver Packs 48V MOSFET

Measuring 16 mm², the MAX17127 six-string WLED driver integrates a 48V MOSFET capable of driving up to 13 LEDs per string. The step-up controller frequency is programmable from 250 kHz to 1 MHz. The device also features a wide input-voltage range from 5V to 26V and the current in each string is programmable from 10 mA to 30 mA using an external resistor. Other features include a dimming frequency ranging from 100 Hz to 25 kHz, over-current, over-temperature, and open-/short-string protection, and a 4 mm x 4 mm, 20-pin TQFN package.
