The device's normalized center frequencies are set at 1.12246, 1.2599, 1.4142, 1.5874, 1.78179, and 2, and an integrated master clock controls the center frequencies. Employing a clock frequency of 25 MHz, a 1.178179 output will be centered at 2 MHz. The chip also includes six 6-pole band-pass filters, an uncommitted op amp, analog gain control, digitally-controlled gain stage, and three selectable power modes: power down, low power, and regular power. Operation is from a single supply voltage from 3V to 5.5V. Price is $5.95 each/1,000. MIXED SIGNAL INTEGRATION, San Jose, CA. (408) 434-6305.
