The 8815 series of power supplies offers an arbitrary function and a maximum output power of 960W. The arbitrary power supplies deliver outputs of up to 64 volts and 60A. Short-term current delivery is up to 120 A and the supplies also include a built-in step generator. They have a 14-bit resolution for voltage and current, and are bus compatible with a memory card that has a maximum storage capacity of 2 MB. Analog control is available up to 20 kHz. Applications for these power supplies include simulation of vehicle power systems, testing of anti-skid air bag systems and motor controls, testing of components and modules for EMC, and testing of electromagnetic relay contacts. Prices start at under $4500 with delivery times of two to three weeks.
