Cable Separator Offers Variable Speed Option

The Separator 3250 motor-driven ribbon cable separator is now available with a variable speed (dc) drive option, providing separation speeds of from 0 to 20 in./minute the variable speed option is said to allow users to adjust speed to suit production requirements exactly. This device is capable of separating all types of ribbon cable at widths of up to three inches. Features include infinite length motor-driven separation, removable tooling, interchangeable tooling for different space cables, and the ability to separate individual, groups or combinations of conductors with optional tooling. Operation is at 110 Vac/60 Hz and 220 Vac/50 Hz operation is available on request.
