The AG626 multi-turn absolute encoder features a synchronous serial interface for long distance, fast communications or an RS-422 link for other interface needs. This encoder provides absolute position verification that's maintained even when power is interrupted, and is recommended for applications involving lengthy or complex positioning requirements. The unit is electronically configurable for up to 26-bit resolution. Featuring 8192 steps and 8192 resolutions, the encoder provides a high degree of shock and vibration resistance.
