A digital-to-analog converter card, the CP266 is a single width, 6U height, CompactPCI/PXI module with up to 64 analog output channels. Resolution is 16 bits and the full-scale output range is ±10V. The power-up state of the analog outputs can be set to independent user-defined values to provide non-zero voltage settings upon application of power. The channel update rate is 2 ms and each output is accurate to ±1 mV. Paired output signals are provided to eliminate ground offset effects. Plug-and-play drivers are supplied for configuring and using the module. Application examples, including source code, illustrate the basic functionality of the card. Applications include automotive test cells, industrial control and automated test equipment. Price for a full 64-channel module is $2,750. KINETICSYSTEMS CO. LLC, Lockport, IL.
