With an operating junction temperature range of ‒40 to +85°C, the ADLE3800PC PCIe/104 single-board computer (SBC) will find homes in small, rugged, extended temperature embedded applications. ADL Embedded Solutions’ SBC is based on Intel’s high-performance E3800 Atom family with enhanced power management. Size, weight, and power (SWaP) are optimized for small form factor (SFF) embedded systems thanks to the ADLE3800PC’s 90- by 96-mm PCIe/104 dimensions. Its graphics engine can decode 10 or more streams of 1080p video, and features integrated hardware acceleration for video decode of H.264, MVC, VPG8, VC1/WMV9, and other standards. Support is included for DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.0, and full HD video playback. Resolution reaches a maximum of 2560 by 1600 at 60 Hz with dual-display support. Specific applications range from industrial control and automation to commercial and military vehicle intelligent systems with stringent SWaP requirements.
