Providing the functionality of full-featured, self-contained vision systems, the IMPACT T25 and IMPACT T21 intelligent cameras target a variety of automated inspection applications. The IMPACT T25 is designed for greater accuracy and improved defect detection while the IMPACT T21 is a remote micro-head camera for tight quarters. The T25 provides a resolution of 1,024 x 768 pixels and includes a self-contained image processor and I/O. Via a high-speed CCD imaging sensor, it can capture and process images at rates of up to 5,000 parts per minute. The T21 is suitable for inspecting micro components and other small parts and is said to fit well into small machines or tight spaces.
