The 9XCite wireless module delivers a power output of 1 mW. It's pin-for-pin and software-compatible with the company's 100-mW 9XStream 900-MHz transceiver. The 9XCite's range is 300 ft indoors and 1000 ft with line-of-sight and dipole antennas at speeds of 9600 bits/s or 38,400 bits/s. Modules are priced at $37, and a development kit costs $199.
