Capturing and analyzing analog waveforms simultaneously for each of eight independently programmable channels, the AS8-39 data sampling module can substantially reduce test times and offers increased opportunities for functional simulation testing. A signal can be routed to multiple channels on different time bases to enable complex multiple-signal measurement and pattern analysis conducted in parallel. Channel input voltages are scaleable from 50 mV to ±200V, sampling rates from 1 ms to 25 ns (40 MHz) and the standard memory length is 64K samples (upgradeable to 256K or 1M). Sixteen trigger sources are provided with programmable thresholds and adjustable delays.
