    PC/104 Flash Disk Drive Capacity Scalable Up To 300 Mb

    Combining up to eight DiskOnChip2000 devices on a single board, with each device offering from two to 40 Mb of capacity, MD104 scalable PC/104 flash disk drives can be configured with capacities ranging from two to 300 Mb on a single card. These solid-state drives are well-suited for harsh environments such as aviation, robotics and vehicle mounted computers.
