Crucial Technology supplied the memory for the Car PC with its CT2KIT6472Z40B 1-Gbyte kit (see the Figure). It contains a pair of unbuffered, 2.6-V, DDR400 PC3200, 184-pin DIMMs. They have a CAS (column address strobe) latency of 3. The DIMMs can handle a bandwidth up to 3.2 Gbytes/s in excess of the G4M100-MS12's requirements.
