Data Translation now provides VIBpoint Framework Application software support for its DT9837 and DT8837 series of sound and vibration measurement modules. The software provides an easy-to-use interface for individual channel configuration and display for performing vibration analysis functions including spectrum/spectral display, power/magnitude, RMS/peak, dB/linear, and others. The hardware/software combination supports both USB and Ethernet (LXI-compliant) vibration analysis and monitoring applications including noise emission monitoring, predictive maintenance, and shock analysis. VIBpoint Framework Application supports all the features of the hardware modules including discover and select available hardware, and configure/load/save hardware configurations.
