The VPX3-1TB 3U VPX solid-state memory module (SSMM) provides 1 Terabyte (TB) of SLC NAND flash memory and NIST-certified 256-bit AES data encryption. Configurable as a JBOD or RAID, flash memory is organized in four banks of 256 GB each in a 1”pitch 3U VPX module available in VITA 46 and VITA 48.2 REDI variants.
