Taking place from April 9-11 in Nuremberg, Germany, the embedded world Exhibition & Conference brings together innovators across the electronics industry landscape.

One of the largest gatherings for the embedded systems community, the embedded world Exhibition & Conference will get underway on April 9 and continue through April 11 at the  Nuremberg Exhibition Center in Germany. Attendees can get caught up with the state of the art in embedded systems and meet interesting people from around the embedded electronics industry. 

The annual event is where key players, experts, and industry associations from the embedded systems arena come together, not only for networking, but also to learn about the latest technologies firsthand. These opportunities are reflected in its tagline, "Connecting the embedded community." 

embedded world will focus on important industry topics in addition to showcasing the latest technologies and solutions, such as cybersecurity, AI, and the optimization of embedded systems. Last year’s event brought together 950 exhibitors from 44 countries and almost 27,000 visitors to the exhibition halls during the three days, with over 40% coming from abroad. This year’s show promises to be very interesting and informative.

Alix Paultre | Editor-at-Large, Electronic Design

An Army veteran, Alix Paultre was a signals intelligence soldier on the East/West German border in the early ‘80s, and eventually wound up helping launch and run a publication on consumer electronics for the US military stationed in Europe. Alix first began in this industry in 1998 at Electronic Products magazine, and since then has worked for a variety of publications in the embedded electronic engineering space. Alix currently lives in Wiesbaden, Germany.
