VXI Modules Deliver 5 GS/s

The TVS600 Series VXI Waveform Analyzers offer 5 GS/s on four channels simultaneously, with a 1-GHz bandwidth and 8 bits of vertical resolution. They are fully VXIplug&play compliant.

The TVS621 and TVS641 analyzers are C-size VXI cards with two or four input channels respectively. Both have a digital real-time signal acquisition engine, 250-MHz bandwidth, simultaneous 1-GS/s sample rate and 15K record length. The TVS625 and TVS645 provide two or four input channels respectively. Both modules are C-size and feature a 5-GS/s sample rate, 1-GHz bandwidth and 15K record length.
