The HP 3270 Series Board Test Systems contain the full HP 3070-system power and fault coverage ina 1-m2 footprint. The HP 3272, 3273 and 3275 systems target manufacturers who need high-fault-coverage test on boards up to 1,296 nodes.
The HP 3272 includes TestJet technology and six-wire-analog, in-circuit technology for diagnosing analog-device failures. The HP 3273 adds powered in-circuit test performance, a six-megapattern vector rate and a library of more than 8,000 devices for digital fault diagnostics. The HP 3275 adds functional test for combinational test performance. It also features a 12- or 20-megapattern vector rate, a back-trace probe and a fault dictionary for digital functional fault detection.
