Mechanical Fixture System Handles 600 Test Points

The TR-5-600 is a mechanical bed-of-nails fixture system for assemblies with up to 600 test points. The modular system consists of a reusable fixture press with easily interchangeable fixtures and a spring-probe transfer mechanism. No vacuum or air source is needed.

The fixture accommodates a UUT with a test-probe area up to 11.75″ × 8.5″. With 0.5″ linear travel, the system probes single- or dual-sided SMT and through-hole assemblies with standard spring probes or Hewlett-Packard TestJet probes.
