System Tests High-Performance Memories

The DX2200 is a 500-MHz, 1-Gb/s, full-function production memory test system with AutoEdge™ calibration and validation tools that can deliver ±50-ps edge-placement accuracy. It tests Direct RDRAMs™, SLDRAMs, SSRAMs, and RIMM™ modules. Features include a packet protocol algorithmic pattern generator that simplifies Direct RDRAM programming and provides Direct RDRAM interface and Direct Access mode testing on one platform.

Test programming and device debug software is an extension of the Advanced Symbolic ATE Programming (ASAP™) environment compatible with the company’s memory, mixed-signal, and logic test systems. The DX2200 is available fully integrated with the company’s E-beam diagnostic and verification systems and pick-and-place or test-in-tray handlers. Starts at $1.7 million.
