The new DPO70000B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope (DPO) and the DSA70000B Digital Serial Analyzer (DSA) Series with upgradeable 4-, 6-, 8-, 12.5-, 16-, and 20-GHz bandwidth models provide improved vertical noise performance, flattest frequency response, and greatest ENOBs. Features include a hardware-based pattern trigger up to 5 Gb/s for NRZ and 8b/10b streams. All channels in the models offer a sampling rate up to 50 GS/s and up to 200M record length with the MultiView Zoom™ feature.
An acquisition rate of >300,000 waveforms/s in the Fast Acq mode reveals infrequent glitches. The series can debug signals running up to 12 Gb/s on each of four lanes for use in developing and testing multilane, high-speed serial data applications.
