The Model Z9218 LCR Meter features a measurements rate of 12 times/s, 0.02% basic accuracy at 23°C ±5°C, and parameter displays of 320 x 240 graphics on a backlit LCD. It measures inductance, capacitance, and resistance in series and in parallel with 500 test frequencies from 12 Hz to 100 kHz and averaging from 1 to 255 as well as open- and short-circuit compensation for accurate zeroing. Binning plus pass/fail are included.
The resistance parameter is R + Q, 10 µΩ to 100 MΩ, inductance L + Q, 0.01 µH to 99.999 H, and capacitance C + D and C + R: 0.00001 pF to 99.999 µF. Measurements rates are slow, medium, and fast with 1-ms to 99.999-ms delays.
