PCI Express Digitizer Cards Provide 256-MB Signal Memory

Two 14-bit digitizer cards for PCI Express have been introduced: the UF2e-4032 with four analog inputs and the UF2e-4031 with two input channels. Each channel has its own 50-MHz ADC for true simultaneous sampling together with six voltage ranges from ±200 mV to ±10 V, a programmable offset of 200%, and input impedances of 50 Ω or 1 MΩ, allowing each channel to be individually configured for the signal source.

Key specifications include a 128-MS memory expandable to 2 GS, continuous streaming to host PC >120 MS/s, ENOB >11.4 bits, SNR >70.5 dB, and THD >-73.0 dB. The standard -3-dB bandwidth is >25 MHz.

Drivers and programming examples for Vista, XP64, XP, Linux, and the SBench 5.3 oscilloscope program ship with the cards.
