The ONYX ESD Simulator is available in 16-kV or 30-kV versions and can be battery or mains operated without an additional base control unit. Features include a touch screen, an ergonomic design, modular RC units, a multilingual interface, remote-control software, a self-test, a built-in LED light, and a temperature/humidity display. The smart key integrated into the trigger button accommodates various user-defined functions such as polarity switching, an LED light, counter reset, and voltage stepping up/down. The ONYX provides full compliance and precompliance testing to a variety of standards including IEC/EN, ISO, GMW, Ford, ANSI, PSA ITU, military, RTCA/DO, and JEDEC.
