CW power meters provide rapid display update rate

The 4240 Power Meter Series, offered in one- (4241) or two-channel (4242) configurations, comes with an integrated calibrator that provides a 50-MHz reference signal and delivers a calibration power range from -60 dBm to +20 dBm. Power measurements are displayed with five-digit resolution or a bar graph.

The series provides measurements from -70 dBm to +44 dBm with a maximum dynamic range of 90 dB. The frequency range is 10 kHz to 40 GHz for RF power measurements and 10 Hz to 1.2 GHz for voltage measurements (optional). The measurement speed is 200/100 (4241/4242) readings/s.

SCPI command set or LabVIEW drivers allow integration into ATE. Both models can be remote controlled via RS-232 or IEEE 488 interfaces and paired with the company’s CW diode and thermocouple sensors.
