The InfiniiVision 2000 and 3000 X-Series have added 26 models to the company’s mixed-signal and digital storage oscilloscope offerings. The 2000 X-Series offers bandwidths from 70 MHz to 200 MHz and an optional eight-channel MSO capability. The 3000 X-Series scopes provide 100-MHz to 500-MHz bandwidths and waveform update rates of 1,000,000 waveforms/s. Options include a 16-channel MSO, an integrated function generator, and hardware-accelerated serial protocol decode.

Both compact and lightweight series feature a custom-designed 90-nm CMOS ASIC with 6M gates and embedded memory. The MegaZoom IV single-chip architecture integrates fast waveform update rates, deep memory, and logic analyzer, function generator, and protocol analyzer functionality. All X-Series models are fully upgradeable including bandwidth and are equipped with an 8.5-inch WVGA display.
