WaveRunner® HRO™ 6 Zi is a line of high-resolution 400-MHz and 600-MHz oscilloscopes incorporating a 12-bit ADC, a 55-dB SNR, and ±0.5% DC vertical gain accuracy. The 256-Mpts/ch memory permits long acquisitions to capture 30 s of data sampled at 10 MS/s or shorter capture times with higher time resolution at 2 GS/s.
A high-bandwidth edge trigger and 10 SMART triggers, four-stage cascade triggering, measurement trigger, and TriggerScan™ are standard. A range of serial triggers including I2C, SPI, UART, RS-232, Audio I2S, LJ, RJ, TDM, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, MIL-STD-1553, 8b/10b, and USB 2.0 and a selection of probing options also are available.
A pivoting display accommodates viewing signals vertically and horizontally. Third-party programs can be integrated into the scope’s processing stream to help create and deploy new measurements or math algorithms.
