Austin, TX. NIWeek is getting underway with National Instruments and its partners preparing to emphasize their products and technologies through technical presentations and exhibit-floor demonstrations.
NI, for example, is likely to highlight its NI PXIe-5840 second-generation vector signal transceiver (VST), which offers a 1-GHz bandwidth in a single two-slot PXI Express module.
And Seica announced today that it’s taking advantage of its NIWeek debut to stage the world premiere of its Pilot4D V8 HF, which combines flying-probe technology and high-frequency testing. The system can probe points associated with 008004 components while verifying signals up to 1.6 GHz. An integrated LabVIEW and TestStand software interface is optional.
Technical session tracks at NIWeek will address topics including automated test, data acquisition, embedded systems, and software-development techniques.
Industry-focused summits will describe trends and techniques in aerospace and defense, energy, 5G, semiconductor test, transportation, and vision.
For example, the Transportation Summit will cover the gamut from passenger vehicles to agricultural machines, commenting on how to contend with increasing electronic complexity while meeting demands for quality, safety, and faster time to market. And the Semiconductor Test Summit will focus on emerging test challenges in RF and mixed-signal IC test for IoT and other connected applications.
