Rickard Barrefelt

Rickard Barrefelt is the Field Application Engineering Manager for EMEA & India and the IoT Champion for Global Sales and Field Application Engineers for TE Connectivity's Data & Devices business unit. Rickard has been with TE for nine years, focusing on new design and innovation for wireless, consumer, and datacom customer applications and next-gen platforms. He has a mechanical engineering background, specializing in Industrial Design from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. He received a "TE Expert Innovator" level for multiple patents and has been focusing on 5G, edge computing, and the edge cloud.
