To prevent mating errors, the company's modular jacks can be customized to match the color of a cable assembly. They are available in standard black and custom orange, green, blue, gray, and yellow. Users can choose from three configurations: a right-angle version with an ultra-low profile, SMT jack, and an inverted version with a top latch. Target applications include network systems, consumer and office equipment, plus they can be used as a designated test port in systems for trouble shooting.
