PCIe Card-Edge Connectors Offer Up To 32 Lanes

Supporting PCI Express (PCIe) standards for signal and power as well as auxiliary signals at the interface between the motherboard and add-in card, the company’s PCIe card-edge connectors feature slots accepting 1.58-mm thick add-on graphics cards and support x1, x4, x8, x16, x24, and x32 contact positions. Serial lanes consist of two differential wire pairs that support a data transfer rate of 500 MB/s in each direction per lane. They additionally feature a 2.5 GHz clock rate and a 5 GT/s bit rate. Other features include a current rating of 1.1A per contact, an operating temperature range from -55°C to +105°C, and phosphor bronze contacts. Housing material is UL94V-0 rated.
