The Minimax benchtop, induction soldering system utilizes one or two heads to enhance throughput while providing the safety and environmental benefits of flameless, non-contact induction heating. The dual-head system allows users to unload or load a component for soldering while the other is heating. The machines perform in low to ultra-high temperature ranges of up to 2000°C. Systems are also available for fully automated applications.Power adjustments may be made in 1% increments from 10% to 100%. The timer is adjustable in 0.1-second increments from 1 to 25.5 seconds. A dwell-time is also included on each machine.
