Designed to fill the gap between manual and full-featured units, Model M semi-automatic wire terminating machine employs specially profiled electromagnets and microprocessor-controlled electronics to help it generate high crimping forces. This no-frills terminating machine offers production rates of up to 1400 terminations per hour on wire sizes to 10 AWG. Other features include operation by a foot switch and the ability to sense incomplete cycles. The unit requires no lubrication and accepts most end- and side-feed mini-style applicators equipped with mechanical feed systems.
